Rather last minute planning still got us a First Class Coach, with massage chair, airplane seats, food & drinks served almost constantly & of course, free WIFI! Nothing much to complain except I thought paying almost $150 could easily get us a budget flight to KL, saving 1/2 the time.
5 hours of watching Sex & the City, Ma ma mia & playing mario/bubble puzzle/street fighter, we finally arrived!
Been visiting KL almost on a yearly basis, I knew where to shop, what I should get and where the food were.
Except, I've never really clubbed there. So when Boss suggested to go partying that Friday night, I was all thumbs up!
We went to check out the latest club in KL - Quattro, which was divided into 4 sections. Summer is the chill out area, Spring is where everyone's partying at, Autumn is a restaurant (I think) & Winter is the lounge area that is somewhat like our Eski Bar.
The concept's pretty good and the place was well-furnished. Pity the crowd sucked, on the other hand, fortunately we came as a big group of 10. So we entertained ourselves well enough.
No one had any excuse of not drinking. No 'I'm driving', No 'My wife waiting for me to go home early', no 'I've got any early day tomorrow', not even 'My mother say cannot', cause we're all in the same boat for the next 2 days.
So after a lot of beer, flamings, AK47s, even STOUT, half of us got wasted & the other half got hungry and went for good supper!
With less than 5 hours of sleep, we had to pack our luggage and head over to Genting. It was the boys turn to have their fun, most of them pretty much lived in the casino. And I? After losing my last mary brown breakfast, I gave up and went back to the hotel to sleep at 4am.
And this is me, sans make up, waiting for the coach back to SIN.
